Will this trailer fit behind my tractor?

Choose the brand and scale of your toy tractor and what you want to hang behind it. You see whether it fits, what to watch for and the trailers and implements at that scale.

Which brand is your tractor?
The toy brand, so not the real tractor make (Fendt, John Deere). It is on the box and usually on the model.
Which scale?
It is on the box, for example 1:16 or 1:32. A big tractor with a big wheel is usually 1:16.
What do you want to hang behind it?
Yes

Bruder at 1:16: Bruder trailers and implements belong with it

Bruder names 1:16 for its professional series, and trailers and implements of the same brand and the same scale are meant to go together. Read with the model which tractors it suits: the hook can differ per series. The list shows all trailers at 1:16 from our comparison; in practice those are Bruder models.

How we calculate

A trailer fits behind a tractor if the scale is right and the coupling fits. Toy brands make their tractors and trailers for each other: the same scale, the same brand, often the same hook. So we judge two things here: which scale a brand makes and whether it is the same brand.

What the brands themselves say: Bruder names scale 1:16 for its professional series. Siku names 1:32, 1:50 and 1:87 for its farm models. Britains lists 1:16 and 1:32 in its menu and says of one of its implements, the Link Box, that it is compatible with most Britains tractors at 1:32. For mixing brands we found no statement from a manufacturer that they couple to each other. So assume they do not, unless the description of the model says so.

The list under the answer filters on scale and kind, not on brand. So you see all trailers at that scale, also from other brands. If nothing shows, we have no model at that scale right now. For Britains we show no list, because we cannot select those models by scale.

Always check the description of the model: the hook can differ per series, and some models have a connection of their own.
